You do. 100%. Once the final milestone is completed and paid, all intellectual property, source code, design files (Figma), and accounts are transferred entirely to your company. We build digital assets for you, not for us.
We do not believe in massive upfront payments that put all the risk on you. Our billing is milestone-based. Typically, it's divided into 3-4 phases (e.g., 25% kickoff, 25% upon design approval, 25% after backend structure, 25% upon final launch). You only pay when you see tangible progress.
We are an autonomous engineering partner, not a group of freelancers you need to micro-manage. We require a 1-2 hour discovery session at the start, and then just 30-60 minutes per week for our Sprint Review calls to approve milestones. We handle the rest.
